Taaleem is seeking an Admissions Manager to drive new enrollments and ensure high-quality customer service for prospective families. You will lead the admissions team, coordinate with the Principal and Heads of School, and align with Marketing to boost enrollment during the school year.

The role requires managing intake, regulatory compliance for KHDA/ADEK, and robust data reporting to senior leadership. Based in Dubai, it offers a challenging, fast-paced environment with emphasis on process

Formación

• Experience in school admissions or education sector.
• Strong data reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage complex admission processes.
• Knowledge of KHDA/ADEK is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up the Admissions Team and recruit students with the Principal and Head of Admissions.
• Provide regular updates on Admissions Data to Principal, CO and SLT.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement PR and marketing strategies for recruitment.
• Report enrolment figures and the four pillars weekly to SLT and CO.
• Complete monthly reports on Admissions successes and changes for SLT and CO.
• Manage the application approvals process with Principal, Heads of School and SEN team.
• Liaise with Accounts on invoicing for new students and keep NetSuite & CRM current.
• Provide high-quality customer care for all admissions inquiries.
• Develop and conduct school tours for prospective families when required.
• Meet parents interested in enrolling their children.
