Job summary

International Community Schools Abu Dhabi seeks a dynamic English department leader to guide curriculum across EYFS to KS5. The role involves shaping a clear vision, managing staff performance and CPD, and driving improvements in teaching quality.

You will analyse assessment data, implement targeted interventions, and ensure SEND/EAL pupils are supported and challenged while promoting cross-phase collaboration and safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• PGDE/PGCE required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership or departmental management experience.
• Experience across primary and secondary education is desirable.
