Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality prompts and expert reference responses across varied subject areas for AI training and evaluation.
• Review AI-generated English content for accuracy, clarity, relevance, fluency, coherence, and compliance with prompt requirements.
• Examine reasoning and step-by-step solutions to determine whether conclusions follow logically from the information presented.
• Detect grammatical, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, methodological, and conceptual errors.
• Identify subtle ambiguity, inconsistencies, meaning drift, unsupported conclusions, and contextual problems.
• Fact-check claims when required and flag information that is inaccurate or insufficiently supported.
• Edit AI-generated responses into natural, precise, and contextually appropriate English while preserving intended meaning.
• Explain corrections through concise, actionable feedback that clearly identifies both the problem and the required improvement.
• Compare multiple AI responses and rank them according to correctness, reasoning, fluency, instruction adherence, and contextual relevance.
• Evaluate outputs for potential bias and other quality or reliability concerns.
• Apply relevant editorial and style guidelines consistently across different registers and content types.
• Maintain consistency in terminology, capitalization, punctuation, formatting, tone, and linguistic conventions.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor 's degree or higher in Linguistics, English, Translation and Localization, Communications, Journalism, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency, with C2 or native-level command strongly preferred.
• Advanced understanding of English grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse structure, and stylistic editing.
• Ability to recognize nuanced errors that may appear superficially correct but alter meaning, logic, tone, or contextual interpretation.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for evaluating both linguistic quality and reasoning.
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing complex or lengthy responses.
• Able to explain language decisions and corrections with precision rather than relying on subjective stylistic preferences.
• Comfortable applying established style guides across multiple content formats and registers.
• Professional proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
