Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Content Programming Lead (English) to architect, launch, and scale our English-language programming. This hands-on, high-ownership role operates in a start-up environment, blending taste, structure and speed.

You will own the English programming end-to-end, develop original formats, commission hosts and creators, and build repeatable content frameworks that scale across platforms, in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in content strategy, digital media, or influencer ecosystems.
• Proven experience launching and scaling content across platforms.
• Strong collaboration across editorial, production, marketing and growth.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, and platform partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop show concepts, pilots, run-of-show, and episode arcs.
• Commission and manage production of podcasts and video series.
• Work directly with hosts, creators, and ARN talent to shape performance and chemistry.
• Collaborate with Growth to engineer moments and clips from the start.
• Review performance dashboards weekly and iterate on signals.
• Build a pipeline of shows from pilot to scale.
