Job description

Subject to contract award, we are currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader (Civil). The Civil Engineering Supervisor will oversee the planning and scheduling of all resources required to deliver the service, including parts, labour, and input from specialist service delivery partners to ensure that daily work orders are completed in a timely manner.

They shall ensure that the workforce undertakes works safely and complies with appropriate risk assessments, method statements, and permits to work.

Additionally, they will provide managerial, technical, and engineering expertise in all aspects of building fabric, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, leading and guiding teams in carrying out operations and maintenance within the property.

The successful candidate will have:
• Diploma in a building-related subject
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a large, complex service organization
• Experience in direct line management of staff
• Knowledge of employment relations issues, such as disciplinary procedures and absence control
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment
