Job summary

Remotedxb is assembling a modular platform for domain knowledge in finance and science, demanding rigorous product and technical leadership. The role guides the roadmap, aligns stakeholders, and drives software initiatives from concept to implementation.

You will mentor teammates, maintain documentation, and collaborate across teams while staying hands-on with critical development tasks and automations. A strong background in technical product management and large codebases is essential.

Qualifications

• Software engineering experience in a collaborative, commercial environment.
• Experience with large codebases and CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.
• Proficiency in functional/typed languages (Rust, OCaml, Clojure, C++, or Haskell).
• Willingness to learn and work with Julia.
• Background in Technical Product Management with complex technical systems.
• Experience coordinating workflows and coaching or mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development roadmap by identifying interdependencies and adapting to priority shifts.
• Lead quarterly planning processes, including reviews and risk management.
• Steer features from idea to implementation, bridging gaps between product specification and technical design.
• Maintain technical documentation and company-wide tooling processes.
• Facilitate communication across channels to connect team members with resources.
• Stay hands‑on by contributing to high‑priority development tasks and automations.
