Job summary

Duncan & Ross in Dubai is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering activities for major EPC projects within the oil & gas industry. You will ensure project compliance with specifications, codes, and schedules, while coordinating with various project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience leading engineering teams on large-scale projects, with strong knowledge of FEED and Detailed Engineering phases. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a Bachelor's in Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18-20 years of experience in engineering, particularly in oil & gas.
• 8-10 years of experience in an Engineering Manager or Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all engineering activities from FEED through Detailed Engineering.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables and calculations.
