Qualifications

• Strong product sense to select opportunities delivering customer impact.
• Experience building & leading cross-functional, empowered and self-organized teams.
• Strong Stakeholder and Dependency management via proactive communication.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably within Extreme Programming environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
• Experience in Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, RESTful).
• Experience building, maintaining & improving with Trunk Based Development and Continuous Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer/business needs to drive outcomes with product, design and data.
• Lead engineers to self-organize and deliver end-to-end complex software solutions.
• Develop and grow engineering talent through mentoring, coaching and retention strategies.
• Guide team in creation of software as a solution to end-to-end problems in the business domain and deliver value in small batches.
• Guide team’s discovery, planning and execution to deliver value to customers in small batches, considering non-functional requirements.
