Mozilla Corporation in Dubai is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to mentor and grow a team of software engineers while delivering Firefox Suggest Ads initiatives, including backend services and partner integrations.

You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to navigate ambiguity, ensure reliability, maintainability, and privacy compliance, and participate in hiring to scale the team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Track record of leading teams to deliver production software.
• Strong judgment in prioritization and execution.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers and partner teams.
• Experience supporting engineers with varied skill sets.
• Comfort working in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
• Experience in search, ads, recommendations, or privacy-sensitive domains.
