Job summary

Mozilla Corporation in Dubai seeks a seasoned software engineer to design, build, and maintain automation and integration for collaboration tools and identity platforms. You will create scalable APIs, workflows, and agentic flows that connect SaaS apps with GenAI capabilities.

You will implement monitoring, logging, and security-conscious automation, contributing to onboarding/offboarding processes and IAM/SSO concepts.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in software engineering, integrations, or workplace tech.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workplace technology development
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or Atlassian
• Understanding of IAM/SSO (Okta, SAML/OIDC/SCIM) or strong interest in the field
• Experience or interest in CI/CD and workflow orchestration
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience automating provisioning and access
• Interest in building agentic flows and integrating LLMs into workplace systems
