Job summary

ZipRecruiter is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of a fast-growing team in Dubai. You will partner with product managers to maintain the roadmap and remove roadblocks.

You will coach and develop engineers, champion innovation, and scale ML models for meaningful business impact across our marketplace. This role demands 6+ years in software development and 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment at scale.
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineering leader.
• Experience applying, developing, and deploying ML models for significant business impact.
