Job summary

Guildhall is seeking an Engineering Manager for live high-rise and commercial projects in Dubai. You will own the technical and coordination aspects across structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical teams.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage budgets, oversee subcontractors, review design changes, and ensure milestones are met on site. Fluent Arabic is preferred; UAE GCC experience required.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree, with professional certification where applicable.
• 15-20 years in high-rise, commercial or industrial construction.
• Direct experience supervising major construction sites, not office-based review.
• Classified Unlimited Floors Engineer status.
• Strong budget management, cost reporting and claims experience.
• Proven ability coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and third-party contractors.

Guildhall is running a search for a large regional contractor‑developer with live high‑rise and commercial projects underway in Dubai. This Engineering Manager will own the technical and coordination side of active sites — structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical — reporting directly to the Project Director. The client is scaling its Dubai site team quickly to keep pace with project milestones, and is hiring more than one senior technical role at once. It's a seat on live, moving projects, not a desk reviewing someone else's work.

This role is open to candidates currently living in the UAE with GCC work experience and fluent Arabic.

Salary up to AED 50,000 per month
