Job summary

EDGE Group, through BRIDGE, seeks an experienced Engineering Learning & Bootcamp Manager to design and deliver technical learning programs that strengthen engineering capability and accelerate workforce readiness across the organization.

You will oversee technical academies, onboarding, competency-based pathways, and advanced manufacturing learning experiences, collaborating with engineering leaders, HR, SMEs, and external partners to ensure high-quality outcomes and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Engineering, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development)
• 8+ years in managing technical training or corporate learning initiatives
• Experience designing and delivering technical learning programs and competency-based development
• Strong understanding of engineering environments, advanced manufacturing, digital technologies, and modern industrial practices
• Experience managing LMS, digital platforms, and vendor relationships
• Solid instructional design, adult learning, and learning evaluation knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical learning strategies aligned with engineering capability requirements and business priorities
• Design, implement, and continuously improve technical academies and onboarding programs
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, HR, and SMEs to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions
• Oversee planning and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and lab-based learning experiences
• Support initiatives covering engineering fundamentals, advanced manufacturing, digital technologies, and professional development
• Manage learning operations, budgets, vendors, LMS, and learning technologies
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous program improvement
• Lead and develop technical trainers and instructional designers with modern methodologies
