Job summary

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an Engineering Helper to support the shift engineer with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks across the property.

You will assist in recording maintenance logs, performing repairs, and coordinating with the engineering team. This role offers exposure to luxury hotel operations and development opportunities within a renowned hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Two years technical trade school or similar work experience.
• Administration experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide service under the supervision of the shift engineer and perform electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire and safety, HVAC, refrigeration, interior painting and decorating tasks as outlined.
• Assist electrical & mechanical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and equipment.
• Maintain and update logs for all work performed while on duty.
• Maintain and re-lamp all lamps in the hotel and socket repairs.
• Assist in electrical wiring for renovations and installations.
• Provide electrical set-ups for exhibits and presentations.
• Assist preventative maintenance of electrical/mechanical/plumbing equipment and update logs.
• Understand FCU filter replacement and drain chemical pouring.
• Assist shift engineers and other departments as required.
• Maintain records for mandatory systems and dispatch work via HotSOS system.
