Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an Engineering Director to lead strategy, operations, and delivery across multiple projects. You will guide design, testing, and commissioning while aligning with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration with clients and internal teams.

You will oversee engineering plans, drive continuous improvement, and mentor senior engineers to ensure on‑time, within-scope project outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Extensive experience in engineering management or senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of design, project management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards, and plans.
