Job summary

Incico India Engineering invites applications for Engineer Production & Production Systems Optimization. You will review and improve production planning, forecasting, scheduling and deferment models to align with operations and business needs.

You will develop short-, medium- and long-term production plans, prepare forecasts, monitor performance, analyze variances, and drive digital oilfield analytics including AI initiatives, interfacing with Ops, Planning, Commercial and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related field with strong analytical skills.
• 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or related industry.
• Familiarity with production systems, well and facility constraints; real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve production planning, forecasting, scheduling and deferment models, processes and procedures.
• Develop short-, medium- and long-term production plans aligned with operational and business requirements.
• Prepare daily, monthly and annual production forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis between forecast and actual production and recommend corrective actions.
• Integrate shutdowns, maintenance schedules and constraints into production plans.
• Monitor well and facility performance and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; recommend optimization.
• Administer and support real-time production monitoring systems such as PHD, DCS and HEMS.
• Develop production-performance dashboards and KPIs.
• Integrate real-time production data with planning systems and analytics.
• Support advanced analytics, machine learning and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support implementation of AI agents for production planning and forecasting models/databases.
• Act as interface among Operations, Planning, Commercial and IT teams.

Position: 1

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years' experience in Oil & Gas or related industry.
• Basic understanding of production systems, wells and facility constraints.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP IS-Oil and Energy Components and real-time systems such as OSIsoft PI and SCADA.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work with digital oilfield technologies and data analytics.

General Requirement

All personnel shall be experienced, skilled, trained and technically qualified for the assigned services and capable of working within the ADNOC Sour Gas operating environment. The resources are expected to support both HQ and site activities as required.
