Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Science or related discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years' experience in Oil & Gas or data analytics roles.
- Basic understanding of production planning and hydrocarbon accounting processes.
- Familiarity with ICT, digital technologies and Business Intelligence concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to work with AI/ML frameworks and advanced analytics tools.
Key Competencies
- BI tools including Power BI, Tableau and Qlik.
- Data engineering including SQL and ETL processes.
- AI/ML frameworks including Python, TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Data visualization and management reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel, including charts and trend analysis.
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas production systems and hydrocarbon accounting.
- Presentation and visualization tools including PowerPoint and Visio.
- Digital transformation, analytics and reporting automation.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards for production planning, hydrocarbon accounting, allocation and performance monitoring.
- Automate reporting workflows using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or equivalent tools.
- Develop interactive data visualizations and management reports.
- Acquire and integrate data from PHD, HEMS, DCS and HCA systems.
- Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across multiple sources.
- Develop and manage ETL processes and data pipelines for analytics and visualization.
- Develop AI/ML models for production forecasting, anomaly detection and optimization.
- Support predictive analytics for equipment reliability, production deferment and hydrocarbon-loss management.
- Integrate AI solutions with real-time production and hydrocarbon accounting systems.
- Support scenario planning and "what-if" analysis for production optimization.
- Automate manual planning and reporting processes using AI/RPA technologies.
- Maintain appropriate data governance, security and audit trails for analytical outputs.
- Support and train stakeholders in the use of analytics and visualization tools.
General Requirement
All personnel shall be experienced, skilled, trained and technically qualified for the assigned services and capable of working within the ADNOC Sour Gas operating environment. The resources are expected to support both HQ and site activities as required.
Shortlisted candidates will be assessed by ADNOC Sour Gas, and candidates not meeting the specified qualification criteria will need to be replaced with suitable alternatives
