Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) seeks an experienced supervisor to monitor and direct day-to-day maintenance across MOL network, ADNOC Onshore, and third-party sites. The role focuses on safe execution, materials provisioning, and efficient welding services aligned with company procedures.

The candidate should have a Bachelor degree in engineering and at least six years in pipeline/static equipment maintenance, preferably in oil and gas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Civil Engineering or equivalent engineering degree.
• 6 years of experience in pipeline and static equipment construction, operations and/or maintenance, protection and condition controls / assessment.
• Experience in oil and gas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities related to the MOL network and ADNOC Onshore.
• Administer and monitor supply of non-stock materials and procurement to ensure business continuity.
• Supervise hot tapping and cold cutting procedures with safe working practices.
• Plan and monitor welding workshop services in coordination with maintenance and project activities.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and stop unsafe activities to prevent injuries.
• Monitor pipeline operations in accordance with design parameters and throughput from fields.
• Liaise with project teams to oversee service contracts for maintenance and related work.
• Monitor routine pipeline patrolling and pigging operations to maintain integrity.
• Load maintenance data into systems such as Maximo and GIS to schedule future activities.

JOB PURPOSE:

Monitor and supervise the execution ofday-to-daypreventive and corrective maintenance activities related to the MOL network and associated facilities, in addition to ADNOC Onshore andthird partyactivities at the MOL assigned areas.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Supervise the activities of assigned personnel and administrator financial authoritiesestablishedby management to support inmaintainingsafe activities considering ADNOC Onshore guidelines.
• Administer andmonitorthe provision of adequate supply of non-stock materials, spares, consumable items in local stores and raises necessary documentation for issuing stock items and / or procurement of direct purchase items,in order toensure Business Continuity during emergency and daily activities.
• Supervise the procedure of Hot Tapping and Cold Cuttingmaintainingall personnel are briefed on safe working procedures to be adhered when welding on 'live' pipelines and cutting intodepressurizedpipelines asrequiredto sustain safe work environment.
• Plan andmonitorthe provision of efficient and economical welding workshop services in coordination with maintenance and project activities.
• Monitors all work carried within the workshop to ensure that safety rules and regulations are being adhered, stopover any unsafe activities that may lead to any Injuries or Fatalities.
• Operate the MOL networkin accordance withoperating philosophy, pipeline design parameters, pumping station over pressure protectionsystemsand throughput from fields.
• Monitors ADNOC &third partyactivities at MOL corridor ensuring compliance with ADNOC Onshore procedures and standards in coordination with Engineering / Project team.
• Monitor routine pipeline patrolling activity to ensure no intervention to the pipelines and facilities,Carriesout routine and non-routine pigging operationsin order tomaintainthe integrity of the pipeline.
• Monitor and supervise a multi- disciplineteam to execute pipeline operations and maintenance to load work data into maintenance data systems such as Maximo, GIS data base etc.In order toschedule and plan future activities.
• Monitor andliaiseall pipelineoperationand maintenance related service contracts (e.g.pipeline maintenance, right of way maintenance, construction ofgatchbunds, support services, etc.).
