Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery professional to oversee service operations related to delivery of business demands, budgeting, reporting and related activities in the UAE. This role involves coordinating with Finance, Procurement and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The candidate should have 7–12 years’ telecom experience, strong knowledge of electrical/electromechanical systems, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and vendor

• Minimum 7–12 years of experience in telecom.
• Understanding of electromechanical systems and mission critical infrastructure from operational and maintenance aspects.
• Business and commercial awareness.

Job description

The job purpose is to manage service operations related to delivery of business demands, budgeting, reporting and any other supporting activities related to delivery of business demands.

Key Accountabilities

• Gather and prioritize internal and business demand & CRs, evaluate all CRS and manage business accordingly.

• Manage budgets requirements gathering and control realization led by Financial Planning & Business Partners

• Provide reporting and ad hoc analysis on vendor performance incl. systematic follow-up and identification of savings opportunities through business process changes

• Maintain vendor portfolio for all Services Operations

• Perform vendor technical benchmarking and support RFP process in coordination with Procurement

• Perform program management activities for projects in respective domain

• Manage vendors and business for the project’s delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 7 - 12 years of experience 4 of which in a similar role in telecommunication industry.

• Good understanding of electromechanical systems and mission critical infrastructure from operational and maintenance technical aspects
