Job summary

L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) is seeking an Electrical & Controls Engineer to design, develop, manufacture, test, integrate and validate electrical/electronic systems for small turbojet and turbofan engines. This role will manage Engine Control Units (ECUs), architectures, sensors and actuators, and engine control strategies.

You will collaborate with software/firmware teams to implement control algorithms, review ECU schematics, and define start sequences, fuel scheduling, and wiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with ECUs or embedded control systems.
• Experience across full product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Background in aerospace, gas turbine propulsion, or automotive engine controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and validate ECUs for small turbojet and turbofan engines.
• Define functional requirements, interfaces, performance specs, and reliability targets.
• Support software/firmware teams in engine control algorithms; design ECU schematics and PCB layouts.
• Develop engine control philosophies and control logic for start sequence and fuel scheduling.
• Develop wiring architectures, harness routing, connector specs, and installation standards.
