Job summary

ACWA Power seeks a Proposal Engineer to support sales and business development by building comprehensive proposals for service projects across the fleet. You will develop templates, gather data from multiple teams, and ensure alignment with RFQ/Tender requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in engineering and 7+ years in proposal engineering within the energy sector, with travel willingness and familiarity with CRM tools. This full-time role is based in Dubai with some site interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate proposals under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to present technical content clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update proposal databases and trackers for sales reporting.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals including scope, costs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain and project teams to gather data for cost estimation.
