Job summary

Seddiqi Holding is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment process across multiple business functions. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain the ATS to ensure an excellent candidate and client experience.

You will develop talent pools for key roles, build a strong candidate pipeline, and explore AI-powered tools to improve efficiency while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in all hiring

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment coordination or related role.
• Strong experience with ATS and recruitment tech.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors Recruitment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Source relevant candidates through multiple channels.
• Prepare and post job ads, coordinate assessments and pre-employment checks.
• Screen candidates and shortlist for Lead.
• Conduct market research on hiring trends.
• Schedule interviews across time zones and panels.
• Manage high volumes of recruitment activity.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and track progress.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to improve sourcing and pipeline.
• Generate recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Protect confidentiality and data security.
