Job summary

TalentOne in Dubai seeks an experienced Lead for end-to-end supply chain operations, overseeing planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and customer service to ensure uninterrupted supply and cost efficiency.

The role requires 7–10 years in supply chain, strong leadership, and SAP/ERP familiarity. You will coordinate with Quality, Production, Finance, and Regulatory teams to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP/ERP experience is preferred; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities including Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily supply chain operations and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
• Drive operational excellence across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, service levels, forecast accuracy, and cost optimization.
• Support strategic initiatives including new product launches, SAP implementation, and network optimization.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead capacity planning and support expansion projects and packaging line implementation.
• Manage supplier and 3PL performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams and foster high-performance culture.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Finance, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.
