Qualifications

• 3+ years procurement/admin experience, preferably in glass/aluminum/construction.
• Accounts payable/receivable proficiency.
• Strong MS Office skills and basic accounting software familiarity.
• Willingness to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and purchase order issuance.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices in coordination with project progress and delivery milestones.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on customer payments.
• Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers, transporters, and site teams, ensuring timely delivery per approved schedules.
• Track delivery notes and GRNs, resolving delays, shortages, or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain stock and inventory records, monitor material usage, and support cost control.
• Maintain and update approved supplier lists, pricing records, and procurement documentation.
