Job summary

We are looking for a Legal Executive for our client in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. The candidate will manage employment agreements, contracts, and related documents while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment paperwork, coordinating with multiple companies and jurisdictions to maintain accurate records, and supporting the legal function across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–4 years of experience in employment law.
• Experience drafting and reviewing employment agreements.
• Understanding UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and preparing employment agreements and contracts.
• Preparing offer letters, appointment letters and other employment-related legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.
• Managing legal documentation and employment compliance matters.
