Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai's Jebel Ali Free Zone is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage the full HR function on-site. You will oversee payroll, employee records, recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

You'll partner with department heads to build a positive, high-performing culture across a diverse workforce, from production staff to senior management, while ensuring smooth operations and data-driven HR practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, food production, FMCG, hospitality or a similar operational environment.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll, attendance, leave, employee records, benefits and day-to-day HR administration.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, retention and offboarding.
• Strong experience in employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, well-being and workplace culture initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programs based on employee and organizational needs.
• Partner with department heads on manpower planning, performance management and people-related matters.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law, JAFZA requirements and company policies.
• Experience with HRMS, payroll systems, HR reporting and employee data management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a multicultural and multilingual workforce, from production employees to senior management.
• Ability to analyze HR data and employee feedback and recommend practical improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, , or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site

Role Description

The position is a full-time, on site role based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. The role is responsible for managing the overall HR function and employee experience, ensuring efficient HR operations while building an engaged, positive and high-performing workplace culture.
