Kerzner International seeks a talented Sous Chef for Emotions at L’Abysse Dubai, One&Only The Palm. You will participate in mise en place, guide the sushi counter, and maintain HACCP compliance in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will collaborate with a skilled team to deliver exquisite dishes that reflect the French-Japanese vision, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and ongoing culinary innovation.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and mise en place of Emotions dishes according to L’Abysse standards.
• Be proactive in developing and refining Emotions dishes with creativity and taste.
• Lead and support the sushi counter during service times and ensure consistency.
• Train and mentor junior staff within the Emotions brigade and maintain high team spirit.
