Job summary

Kavak GCC in Dubai is seeking an Emiratization Business Partner to develop and execute the organization’s Emiratization strategy in alignment with government regulations and business goals. The role focuses on attracting, hiring, developing and retaining local nationals while ensuring compliance with targets and building strong relationships with government entities and educational institutions.

You will lead workforce planning, coordinate with business leaders, manage dashboards and reports,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 4–6 years HR or Talent Acquisition experience with Emiratization exposure.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and Emiratization regulations.
• Experience with government portals and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Emiratization roadmap and annual hiring plans.
• Drive attainment of Emiratization targets in line with regulations.
• Partner with leaders to integrate Emirati talent across functions.
• Monitor localization metrics and report to leadership.
• Lead recruitment focused on local Nationals and build university/government relationships.
• Design development programs and mentor Emirati employees.
