Job summary

The Ghobash Group is seeking a UAE Talent Strategy Lead responsible for designing, executing and monitoring the Emiratization and Talent Management strategy in alignment with UAE regulations and national workforce goals.

In collaboration with the Head of Talent Management, you will expand the Emirati talent database, oversee recruitment targets, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance while strengthening the employer brand and stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field; advanced HR certification.
• 8+ years in HR with Emiratization/Nationalization focus and government relations experience.
• Strong UAE labor law knowledge and Emiratization policies; data analytics & reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Emiratization strategy aligned with regulations and development goals.
• Develop workforce planning to diversify Emirati talent across functions and levels.
• Oversee Emiratization recruitment targets and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote UAE national talent and inclusive practices.
