Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim seeks a Senior Associate Asset Associate at Head Office to act as a key coordination point between hotel operators, Enova, internal teams, and senior leadership. You will support the Vice President with governance, CAPEX coordination, and reporting across Hotels, Enova, and Offices.

The role requires strong administration, stakeholder management, and solid knowledge of asset management principles and hotel P&L reporting, with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage governance processes, approvals, CAPEX requests, and DocuSign workflows.
• Maintain contracts, records, and documentation, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
• Support procurement, invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.
• Coordinate ESG, sustainability, compliance reporting, audits, and Health & Safety initiatives.
• Provide executive support including calendar management, travel, meetings, expenses, and presentations.
• Act as liaison across hotel operations and corporate functions, ensuring effective communication.

ROLE SUMMARY

Act as the key coordination point between hotel operators, Enova, internal teams, and senior leadership, supporting business priorities and decision-making. Provide administrative and executive support to the Vice President while overseeing reporting, governance, CAPEX coordination, document control, and stakeholder management across Hotels, Enova, and Offices.

ROLE PROFILE

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably within hotel operations.
• Sound understanding of asset management principles and hotel Profit & Loss reporting.
• Strong executive administration, stakeholder coordination, governance, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a proactive, professional, and highly organized approach.
