You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with Distribution Centers and Merchandising to ensure timely resolutions and a superior customer experience. The position emphasizes teamwork and professional conduct in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or Customer Care Experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing systems.

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints accurately and efficiently through various communication channels.

• Promote and maintain a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• Communicate customer concerns, operational issues, and product-related feedback to the Contact Center Supervisor or Manager.
• Support the achievement of e-commerce sales targets by identifying opportunities to promote products and services.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Distribution Centers and Merchandising, to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Contact Center.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and customer-centricity while supporting colleagues and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or Customer Care Experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to manage customer requests, complaints, and CRM cases within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM, ticketing, or customer service management systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
