As a Senior Analyst, you will draft policy briefs, coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership at the intersection of public policy, reform, and organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in strategic advisory, consulting, or public sector.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate core strategic projects, schedules and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain institutional knowledge databases and research tools.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on national and international trends.
• Support end-to-end management of key program portfolios.
• Engage with external consultants, experts, and internal stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and team planning events.
• Report on project performance, risks, and budgets to senior management.
• Produce high-quality documentation and presentations for senior management.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree from a leading university, with a high GPA (preferably in Public Policy, Business, Economics, or a related field); a Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years in a strategic advisory role, management consulting, public sector, multilateral, or similar.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Skills

• Excellent research, analytical, and presentation-building skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
