Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of policy development, analysis, or similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics/SCM.
• Strong report writing, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze policies, legislation, and best practices.
• Draft and refine policy documents aligned with regulatory frameworks.
• Engage stakeholders across internal and external bodies.
• Translate data and requirements into clear policy recommendations.
• Monitor policy impact and suggest adjustments for compliance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for leadership.
• Manage policy projects from conception to delivery.
