Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Emirati propositions and campaigns for UAE National customers. The role involves collaborating with segment heads and product teams to craft compelling propositions, develop dashboards, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and performance updates.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in banking, strong project management, and data analysis skills, with a business degree and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in banking, propositions, project management, and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business
• Certified in Project Management
• Knowledge in Retail Banking Products

Responsibilities

• Analyze to create Emirati tailor-made propositions to attract UAE National customers across all segments.
• Develop and execute end-to-end Emirati campaigns to achieve segment objectives.
• Develop and create dashboards when necessary.
• Collaborate with segment heads and products to create propositions.
• Be the SPOC for Emirati Proposition initiatives and projects.
• Deliver regular updates on segment performance.
• Oversee campaigns and ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct necessary analysis to create Emirati tailor-made propositions to attract UAE National customers across all segments
• Develop and execute E2E Emirati campaigns on timely manner to achieve Segment objectives
• Develop and create dashboards when necessary
• Work closely with segment heads and products to create propositions
• Work on projects related to enhancing the Emirati Customer Experience and be part of relevant working committees
• Be the SPOC for all related Emirati Proposition initiatives, and projects
• Deliver regular updates on Segment performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders closely to deliver department objectives
• Identify and cultivate partnerships that contribute to strength the proposition and acquisition.
• Overlook marketing campaigns and ensure delivery on timely manner
