Qualifications

  • UAE National required, Emirati applicants preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or graduate roles).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contact for Emirati employees, supporting development and signposting queries to the relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement training and development opportunities for Emirati employees.
  • Support the communication and promotion of initiatives, opportunities, and programmes for the Emirati employee population.

Emirati Programme Coordinator - UAE National

We are seeking an Emirati Programme Coordinator to support the development, engagement, and progression of Emirati employees across Deliveroo UAE. This role will play a key part in supporting Emiratisation objectives by coordinating learning initiatives, enhancing the employee experience for Emirati talent, and working closely with the wider People and Learning teams.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Act as a key contact for Emirati employees, supporting development and signposting queries to the relevant teams.
