Qualifications

Emirati Procurement Officer Dubai

We are looking for a skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our High Tech Health Solutions client as a procurement officer. You will be responsible for sourcing purchasing and managing the quality of the materials and equipment that are essential for our companys operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement strategies and policies that align with the companys goals and standards
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
  
• Negotiate contracts terms and prices with suppliers and vendors ensuring optimal value and quality
  
• Help in the procurement process from requisition to delivery ensuring timely and accurate orders and invoices
  
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and compliance of suppliers and vendors and resolve any issues or disputes
  
• Maintain and update records of procurement activities contracts inventory and expenditures
  
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations on procurement matters to senior management and stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as engineering production quality and finance to ensure the coordination and integration of procurement activities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain management engineering or a related field
