Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an Advisor/Consultant to provide strategic and operational support to the Undersecretary’s Office on labour market and Emiratisation initiatives in the UAE. The role focuses on performance improvement, process re-engineering, and delivering high-quality public services.

The candidate will lead advisory work for executive leadership, develop priority strategies and projects, analyse operations, and prepare studies and executive presentations to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in strategy, operations development, labour market, Emiratisation, organizational transformation, or consulting.
• Experience in advisory support to executive leadership and leading development and process re-engineering projects.
• Strong experience in performance analysis and preparing studies, reports, and recommendations for decision-making.
• Government sector or government consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational advice on labour market and Emiratisation matters and challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of priority strategies, initiatives, and projects.
• Analyse the performance of operations and services to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Review and enhance digital services and procedures to improve the overall customer experience.
• Develop and improve processes related to labour relations, labour complaints, inspection, and compliance.
• Support the development of programmes aimed at employing and empowering UAE Nationals in the private sector and analyse their outcomes and effectiveness.
• Lead operational development, process re-engineering, and efficiency improvement projects.
• Prepare studies, analyses, reports, and executive presentations to support management decision-making.
• Ensure that policies, processes, and services are aligned with the Ministry’s strategy and future direction.
