Job summary

Penspen is seeking fresh engineering graduates in Process, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control to be based in Abu Dhabi. This graduate program aims to strengthen the UAE's national talent pool by developing core engineering competencies.

As a Discipline Engineering trainee, you will support the engineering team on projects, learn international codes and standards, and work with a multicultural team to move concepts from design to detail. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.

Main Purpose Of Role

Discipline Engineering role to provide support to the engineering team on projects and within the business as required.

During The Training, The Graduate Will Learn

• Familiarize with international codes, standards and engineering practices
• Learn all the aspects of design from concept of design from concept to detailed design
• Learn to prepare non-critical engineering design documents
