Job summary

NCO in Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated Junior Structural Engineer to support the development and delivery of high‑quality structural designs for buildings and infrastructure, under the guidance of senior engineers.

You will assist with structural models, calculations, drawings and technical documentation, coordinate with architects and other disciplines, and help review drawings while gaining exposure to site inspections and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is required.
• Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and structural behaviour is essential.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior structural engineers in designing and analyzing structural elements for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Support development of structural models and perform basic engineering calculations under guidance of senior engineers.
• Prepare and update structural drawings, calculations, schedules, and technical documents with senior engineers.
