Participants rotate across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, HR Operations and HR Business Partnering, supported by mentoring, training, and exposure to senior leaders within the region's leading law firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for people, learning and development.
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in developing a long-term career within HR.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 24-month graduate programme with exposure across multiple HR disciplines.
• Complete rotational assignments within Talent Acquisition, Al Tamimi Academy, Employee Experience, HR Operations, and HR Business Partnering.
• Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, employer branding, and Emiratisation programmes.
• Assist with learning and development activities, including training needs analysis, programme coordination, mentoring, and training evaluations.
• Gain exposure to employee lifecycle management, onboarding, HR operations, compensation and benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives across the firm.
• Assist HR Business Partners with workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and organisational development.
