Job summary

ELE Interior Design in Dubai is seeking a talented Emirati national to join the design team. The ideal candidate will drive high-end residential projects, lead the interior design department and 3D team, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.

You will work closely with the Head of Design and GM, grow within a creative studio, and contribute to project execution both in-office and on-site.

Qualifications

Emirati national required for Emiratization role.
Experience with high-end residential projects preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.

Responsibilities

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects, adhering to the company's style and vision.
Meet with clients to understand objectives and design needs.
Prepare presentations and drawings (3D, 2D, mood boards, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.
Lead and manage the Interior Design department and 3D team, offering guidance.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address client requirements.
Manage project supervision both onsite and remotely, ensuring smooth communication with Clients & Contractors.
Provide regular updates on project progress and propose solutions to leadership.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
