Job summary

Eaton’s DC for DC EMEA program is seeking a Program Manager Direct Current for Data Center to lead end-to-end power solution programs across hyperscale and colocation customers in EMEA.

You will align product development, system architectures, and customer engagements across multiple divisions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with executive visibility and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center technology.
• Proven experience with hyperscale and/or colocation data center customers.
• Prior experience in R&D, advanced engineering, systems engineering, or complex technical program leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-divisional governance, milestones, and escalations for the DC for DC EMEA program.
• Coordinate roadmaps across divisions to ensure architectural coherence for hyperscale deployments.
• Engage with hyperscale and colocation customers to translate feedback into program actions.
• Deliver program execution with on-schedule delivery, risk management, and executive visibility.
