Job summary

United Al Saqer Group invites applications for an ELV Technician to join our UAE team. You will install, test, and configure ELV systems including CCTV, access control, AV, and structured cabling, and interpret technical diagrams for accurate installations.

Travel to project sites and a driver’s license are expected. Strong English communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration are essential to meet safety standards and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ELV systems, with expertise in PAVA systems, sliding gates, swing gates, and gate barrier systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Possession of a valid MCC and SIRA Technician Card preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Installing, testing, and configuring ELV systems including CCTV, access control, AV, and structured cabling.
• Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for precise installations.
• Installing and configuring automatic sliding doors, gate barriers, and PAVA systems.
• Ensuring installations meet safety standards and local regulations.
• Performing routine maintenance and diagnosing faults to minimize downtime.
• Testing systems post-installation and repairs for functionality and reliability.
• Maintaining records of installations, maintenance, and repairs for supervisors.
• Providing technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Responding to service calls and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Following safety protocols and assisting team members; available for emergencies.
