Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an ELV Senior Technician (Electrical Tradesman) in the UAE. The role focuses on managing and maintaining ELV systems within diverse facilities, including universities, hospitality, residential, and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of FM experience, strong technical skills, and a proven ability to troubleshoot ELV networks such as CCTV, gates, and barriers. This is a full-time, 5-year contract position with visa sponsorship and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management.
• Experience with ELV systems (gates, barriers, CCTV).
• Experience managing universities, hospitality, residential, and commercial facilities.
• Strong technical skills and problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ELV systems including gates, barriers, and CCTV.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless facilities management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on ELV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
