Job summary

Agile Consultants is seeking a Service Engineer - ELV in the United Arab Emirates to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, commissioning, and servicing of CCTV, ACS, gateway barriers, networking, and BGM systems. The role requires hands-on ELV experience and strong customer service to ensure reliable operation and SLA adherence.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in ELV and security systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain integrated building

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–3 years of ELV system service and maintenance experience.
Strong CCTV knowledge and ACS/ Gate Barrier experience.
Networking/IP-based systems experience.
Background Music (BGM) systems experience.
Excellent English communication and ability to document work.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV, ACS, Gate Barriers, Networking, BGM and related systems.
Troubleshoot faults to ensure uninterrupted operation and log resolutions.
Test, commission and verify ELV installations and system functionality.
Monitor alarms, errors and system alerts; respond to service requests.
Maintain maintenance reports, equipment logs and SLA compliance.
Coordinate material needs and support maintenance activities.
