We are seeking an ELV Manager to join our Infrastructure Planning & Design Department. The role is responsible for leading the planning, design, and delivery of ELV systems across data center projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and HSE standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors, the ELV Manager will drive technical excellence and ensure seamless integration of ELV systems throughout the project lifecycle.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of ELV systems across data center projects, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders to obtain technical approvals and resolve regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading technical discussions, RFQs, bid clarifications, and site visits.
• Coordinate and manage design consultants, contractors, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop concept designs, equipment sizing, technical calculations, and Employer's Requirements (ERs) for projects.
• Review and approve design drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and equipment selections to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues or design conflicts, ensuring adherence to approved designs and best engineering practices.
• Supervise contractors, consultants, and engineering teams, providing technical guidance and supporting day-to-day engineering decisions.
• Ensure design deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and HSE standards.
• Promote standardized designs, value engineering, and cost-effective technical solutions to improve project efficiency.
• Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and best practices to support consistent project delivery.
