Job summary

ARENGY in Dubai is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler for ELV systems to support development and coordination of BIM models for large-scale projects. You will focus on detailed BIM models for CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm, BMS, and related systems, using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo, collaborating with BIM coordinators, engineers, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on BIM practice, strong detailing, and the ability to meet fast-paced project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Experience with ELV/low-current systems and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
• Ability to work with BIM standards and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for ELV/low-current systems.
• Model CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, BMS, telecom containment.
• Prepare drawings and outputs using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
• Support clash detection and coordination with MEP, architecture, civil teams.
• Maintain model organization, naming, tagging, and documentation.
• Update models based on design changes and coordination comments.
