Apt Resources- Proactive Recruitment is seeking a senior household manager to support a VIP family in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee all household staff, ensure flawless service, and protect privacy and discretion.

The role requires at least 5 years with high-net-worth clients, formal butler certification or substantial hospitality training, and expertise in fine dining, wardrobe management, event planning, and international etiquette.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience serving high-net-worth individuals or royal families in a butler or senior household management role.
• Formal butler certification or extensive training from a reputable hospitality institution.
• Expertise in fine dining, wine and spirits, wardrobe management, and event planning; strong understanding of international etiquette, protocol, and cultural sensitivities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee all household staff ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional service standards for the VIP family.
• Anticipate and fulfill the personal needs and preferences of the VIP family with discretion and efficiency from wardrobe management to travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and execute flawless private events and intimate gatherings, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled from invitations to post-event cleanup.
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, organization, and aesthetics throughout the residence, creating a serene and luxurious environment.
