Job summary

LuxuryProperty.com in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Private Client Advisor to advise on prime and super-prime residential properties, manage viewings, negotiations, and successful transactions.

You will develop long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, deliver expert market insights, and provide a seamless client experience from first contact to completion, with discretion and professionalism. This is a full-time, commission-based role with uncapped earnings, onboarding, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Previous client-facing or sales experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability.
• Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Valid driving licence.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Proactive, confident, and adaptable personality.
• Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the buying and selling of prime and super-prime residential properties
• Manage property viewings, negotiations, and successful transactions
• Develop long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, investors, and homeowners
• Provide expert insight into Dubai’s luxury sales market
