Job summary

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a Specialist Neurosurgeon for a premier healthcare provider in the UAE. The role focuses on diagnosing and treating brain, spine, and nervous system disorders, with responsibilities spanning preoperative to postoperative care.

The ideal candidate will hold MBBS or equivalent, a recognized postgraduate Neurosurgery qualification, and Western board certification. Licensing eligibility with UAE health authorities is required, with strong surgical judgment and teamwork

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Neurosurgery.
• Western board certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Eligibility for UAE licensing (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
• Perform neurosurgical procedures according to specialist training and privileges.
• Evaluate patients with brain tumors, spinal disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and other conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and determine surgical or non-surgical interventions.
• Provide preoperative assessments and postoperative management and follow-up.
• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, intensivists, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold patient safety and clinical quality.
